RESONANCE
2004
In this work, the green hoses map a circulating current or resonance that spreads across the space as an invisible field of energy. The polyurethane mold forms function as both receiver and transmitter, absorbing this energy through their contact with the ground and re-releasing it into the surrounding system, linking body, earth, and circulation. The red funnels mark points of direction within this flow, moments where energy is gathered, focused, or redirected. Together, the elements form a closed circuit in which sustenance, infrastructure, and resonance continually pass through one another, collapsing distinctions between source and recipient.
